PURPOSE: An apparatus for covering gas transfer line of dephosphorization furnace is provide to enable a metal plate within a gas transfer line to be replaced easily, thereby replacing the metal plate periodically or circumstantially depending on factory situation. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for covering gas transfer line of dephosphorization furnace comprises a protecting plate(100), a mounting stopper(200), and a clamp. The protecting plate is arranged to cover the inner diameter surface of the gas transfer line(400) which is equally divided to the inner longitudinal direction. The mounting stopper is installed to be fixed within the gas transfer line in order to grip the edge portion of the protecting plate. The protecting plate is made of recycled steel plate which cannot be commercialized. The protecting plate consists of a plurality of protecting plate which is arranged successively to the inner longitudinal direction of the gas transfer line, and is mounted to be detachable on the mounting stopper and the clamp for being replaced periodically. |
