PURPOSE: A portable terminal, a control method, and system thereof are provided to enable a rescued person to effectively escape from a disaster state by using a portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: When a control unit(180) enters into a predetermined service area, the service area displays a grid map including a plurality of nodes on a display unit according to a predetermined standard. The control unit separately displays a mobile node and a non-mobile node by sensing an event related to a service provided to the service area. The control unit guides a path from a current node to an exit based on each weighted value of the nodes.
