PURPOSE: A launching tube and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to get temperature stability of a urethane foam cover in all the temperature conditions through a post-hardening process and to regularly maintain rupture shape of the cover all the time. CONSTITUTION: A launching tube comprises a cylindrical body(111) and launching tube covers(120). Cylindrical body accomodates a projectile(130). The launching tube covers are assembled in the both ends of the body and protects the accommodated projectile. A bakelite is attached in the front of an urethane foam into a body to be fractured the urethane foam of the tube covers along a groove. |
