PURPOSE: A pouch film for a secondary battery is provided to reduce production costs, and to have various forms by the size of the secondary battery and production facility by not comprising a metal layer in a gas-capturing layer. CONSTITUTION: A pouch film for a secondary battery comprises an acceptance part sheet(210) accommodating a cell assembly, and a gas-capturing part sheet(260) generating gas in a secondary battery manufacturing process. The acceptance sheet consists of a hot-melt layer(230), a metal layer(240), and an insulating layer(250). The gas-capturing part sheet consists of a polymer layer which does not contain the metal layer. The polymer layer is attached to the hot-melt layer or the insulating layer or is attached to between the hot-melt layer and the insulating layer. The accommodating sheet and the gas-capturing part sheets are attached to each other by heat sealing.
