PURPOSE: A traffic distribution relay device using a heterogeneous portable internet network is provided to offer a stable wireless LAN(Local Area Network) service through a plurality of portable internet networks. CONSTITUTION: A conversion unit(130) converts wireless LAN data received through a remote equipment connection unit into portable internet data according to a protocol of a portable internet network. The conversion unit converts the portable internet data received through a plurality of portable internet access units into the wireless LAN data which follows the protocol of the remote device. A control unit(140) calculates a weighted value according to a set link speed between the portable internet access units connected to one or more base stations. The control unit distributes upper traffic received from the remote device according to the weighted value to the portable internet access units.
