<p>PURPOSE: An ultrasonic sensor is provided to connect a multilayer form piezoelectric element to an electrode layer formed on the inner wall of a case electrically, by comprising the piezoelectric element mounted on the bottom surface of the case in a multilayer form. CONSTITUTION: A case(110) comprises the electrode layer formed in the internal space and on an inside wall. A piezoelectric element(120) is mounted on the electrode layer of the bottom surface of the case. The piezoelectric element is comprised of a plurality of multilayer, and has an anode terminal and an cathode terminal formed on the outer periphery. A sound-absorbing material(130) is fixed to the top of the piezoelectric element. The first lead line and second lead line(151,152) are flowed in from the outside of the case. The first lead line and second lead line are connected electrically with the electrode layer formed on the inside wall of the case. The ultrasonic sensor further includes molding material fixing the sound-absorbing material and a substrate.</p> |
