Disclosed is a styrene resin composition which enables to obtain a sheet having excellent dimensional stability and light resistance while achieving excellent light diffusion properties. Also disclosed is a sheet obtained by molding such a styrene resin composition which can be used as a molded body for screen lenses or a diffusion plate. Specifically disclosed is a styrene resin composition characterized by containing 100 parts by mass of a styrene resin which is composed of 90-100% by mass of a styrene monomer unit and 0-10% by mass of a vinyl compound monomer unit which is copolymerizable with the styrene monomer unit, and has a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 300,000-500,000 and a Z average molecular weight (Mz)/weight average molecular weight (Mw) ratio of 1.95-2.50; 1-10 parts by mass of an unmelted compound having a refractive index difference from the styrene resin of 0.05-0.15 and an average particle diameter of 2-10 µm; 0.1-2 parts by mass of a hindered amine compound, and 0.1-2 parts by mass of a benzotriazole compound. |
