PURPOSE: A barcode generating method, a method for determining the validity of a barcode, a barcode generating device thereof, and a system including the same are provided to easily determine the validity of the barcode by generating the barcode including generation time information. CONSTITUTION: A barcode generator(100) encodes data included in a barcode and generates the barcode corresponding to the data. A display(300) displays the barcode in response to an output signal of the barcode generator. The data included in the barcode includes state information of a checking target, checking result information about the check target, and generation time information of the barcode. The barcode generator includes a data receiving/generating module for generating the data, an encoding module for encoding the data, and a barcode generating module for generating the barcode corresponding to the encoded data.
