PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a porous asymmetric membrane and the porous asymmetric membrane manufactured by the same are provided to control the membrane with various pore sizes and to improve the hydrophilic characteristic of the membrane by using a sulfonated polysulfone polymer containing polymer solution. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a porous asymmetric membrane includes the following: A sulfonated polysulfone polymer containing polymer solution is casted on a support. The casted surface is exposed atmosphere containing volatile organic solvent vapor under a temperature of 20-50 degrees Celsius to control an average pore size. A precipitating process, a solidifying process, and a separating process from the support are followed. The support is based on a metal material. |
