The composition has a set of expansible microspheres having different diameters, and an expansible material. The set of expansible microspheres is dispersed inside a liquid medium or a pasty medium that is primarily made of a resin in an aqueous medium. The set of microspheres is made of resin, and have minimal thermal expansion temperature of about 120/140 degrees Celsius and maximum expansion temperature of about 170/210 degrees Celsius. An independent claim is also included for a method for imparting appearance and aspect of velvet, leather or skin material on a base material e.g. cardboard, paper, and/or thermoforamable materials.
