PURPOSE: A web based integrated building management system is provided to convert a lot of information about a building into a standardized form, thereby enabling the provision of an optimized advertisement. CONSTITUTION: A user interface(110) displays a management screen including one or more management items. When a selection signal and a processing request signal for the management items are inputted through the management screen, the user interface displays an output screen. An integrated building management module(120) manages information related to a building in one or more management units. A control module(130) delivers the processing request signal. The control module displays the output screen corresponding to the processing request signal.
