Holders for segments of h.f. welding electrodes where the holder comprises a stepped block bolted to the guide plate of the welding machine. The step acts as a spacer for the back of an electrode bar. Esp. suitable for assemlbing/replacing electrode bars for h.f. welding of seams in thermoplastic materials esp. films. Allows rapid realignment during installation of segments to obtain a uniform welding clearance to the close limits required for film. |
