PURPOSE: A waterproof coating layer is provided to suppress the application of stress to a waterproof coating layer by smoothly communicating vapor pressure generated in a concrete structure through an air gap of a base sheet layer and to ensure excellent durability and light protection and adiabatic functions. CONSTITUTION: A waterproof coating layer comprises: a primer layer(200) formed on concrete(100); a base sheet layer(400) which is formed on the primer layer and is insulated with the outside; an upper waterproof lay(500) formed for the same material as the base sheet layer on the base sheet layer. The base sheet layer includes a plurality of base sheets. The plurality of base sheets is obtained by impregnating the sheet in the solution in which an acryl resin and an inorganic foam are dispersed. |
