PURPOSE: A topography geodesic system which observes and confirms geographic information and geographical features in every control points by confirming GPS is provided to reduce the error generation of the altitude of the leveling point by preventing position displacement caused by the movement and the subsidence of a leveling unit. CONSTITUTION: A topography geodesic system comprises a support pile member(110), a surveying unit installing member(120), a leveling unit(130), and a surveying unit fixing member(140). The support pile member is inserted into the ground by hitting. A mortar is injected into inside of the support pile member so that the support pile member is fixed to the ground. A mortar injection case(121) is formed on the surveying unit installing member and includes a joining rod(123). The leveling unit is arranged in the center of the mortar injection case. A leveling point(131) formed on the top of the leveling unit is exposed to the ground surface.
