PURPOSE: A window-mounted hybrid ventilation device is provided to increase space utilization by being installed in the window of a building and to prevent indoor air and outdoor air from being mixed by the air guide member. CONSTITUTION: A window-mounted hybrid ventilation device(100) comprises an installation hole, a case(120), a forced ventilation part, and natural ventilation part(140). The installation hole penetrates through the top of a window. The case comprises an air supply installation plate and a finishing plate. The forced ventilation part is embedded in the case and ventilates indoor air after heat-exchanging the indoor air with outdoor air according to the control of a control part. The natural ventilation part ventilates the indoor and outdoor air entered in the case to the indoor and outdoor of a building through a passage.
