PURPOSE: A composition containing Lobella sokamensis for measuring soil toxicity and a method for measuring soil toxicity using the same are provided to easily handle L. sokamensis. CONSTITUTION: A composition for measuring soil toxicity contains Lobella sokamensis which is a lavar. The used is Lobella sokamensis is 10-12 days old. The soil toxicity indicates metal toxicity. The metal is zinc, copper, cadmium, antimony, or mercury. A method for measuring soil toxicity comprises: a step of treating Lobella sokamensis to soil for 5 days; and a step of measuring survival rate. A kit for measuring soil toxicity contains Lobella sokamensis. |
