A multi-purpose clamp and cutting guide tool for the home workshop or professional contractor which provides precision and portability with the use of many different hand power tools to maximize the accuracy of such power tools including circular saws, jig saws, routers and various other hand power tools. The measuring, clamp and cut guide tool is provided with various adjustable guides to allow accuracy in rip cutting, cross cutting, miter cutting and routering a variety of stocks in numerous different ways while, depending on the application, the stock or hand power tool is firmly held in place with the table clamp or by use of the rip cut sled. The measuring, clamp and cut guide tool provides for a built-in measuring system that quickly and accurately adjusts to provide for exact measurements from the tool's back gauge to the cutting blade or router bit of aforementioned hand power tool. In addition, the tool provides a means of accurately cutting angles and further provides a means to cross cut or router multiple stocks at the same time.
