A dehumidifier is provided to improve the durability of a floater and to easily install the floater and a detecting apparatus by detecting the rotation angle of the floater through the interaction of a magnet in the floater and a hall sensor in the detecting apparatus. A dehumidifier includes a bucket(94), a floater, and a detecting apparatus(115). The bucket stores condensed water. The floater is hinge-connected at the bucket, and rotates around the hinge. The detecting apparatus detects the rotation angle of the floater by being contacted with the floater. One end of the floater is placed inside the bucket, and the other end thereof is placed outside the bucket. The detecting apparatus is placed outside the bucket. Electrodes for receiving signals according to the rotating angle of the floater are installed in the detecting apparatus, and the other end of the floater is contacted to any one of the electrodes of the detecting apparatus. |
