PURPOSE: A system for warning to illegal walkers and vehicles is provided to prevent accidents beforehand by warning to walkers walking on a crosswalk. CONSTITUTION: An image input part(130) comprises a second image input part(132) and a third image input part(133). The third image input part is installed on the opposite side of a crosswalk. The second and third image input parts take a photograph of a no-parking zone and roads around the no-parking zone. An information sending part sends warning messages. An image process control part controls that the warning messages are sent to the information sending part.
