PURPOSE: A vehicle tire having an improved bead part is provided to prevent the damage of a carcass due to a bead core by the tension of the carcass and decrease the momentum of the carcass through preventing the deformation and distortion due to the tension of the carcass. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle tire having an improved bead portion comprises a tread, a sidewall, a bead part(3), and one or more partition plates(8). The side wall is installed in the both sides of the tread. The bead portion is composed in the lower side of the sidewall. The bead part comprises a bead core(4), a bead filler(5), a carcass(6), and a chafer(7). The bead core is formed into hexagonal or rectangular shape by assembling a plurality of bead wire(41). The bead filler is formed in the upper side of the bead core. The carcass covers the bead core and the bead filler. The chafer is formed in the exterior of the carcass. One or more partition plates are installed between the bead core and the carcass. |
