An end of the fiber or the housing's bottom receiving the fiber is located at a distance (h) from a bearing surface (22) of a mass (30) of the coupling device, where the distance is shorter than another distance (H) from the bearing surface at which an end of an excitation optical fiber (10) or the housing bottom receiving the excitation optical fiber is located.
