<p>A flexible magnetic pad is suitable for masking a ferro-magnetic hinge to prevent paint from smearing on the hinge while the surface surrounding the hinge is being painted. The pad is cut to a rectangular shape corresponding to the shape of either one of the plates of the hinge and has a strength of magnetism adjusted such that the pad adheres to the plate but permits the pad to be manually adjusted on the plate or to be easily removed from it.</p> |
