A system for call processing of a mobile terminal in a private wired/wireless network interworked with a wireless WCDMA PLMN and a control method thereof are provided to transmit a busy state of the mobile terminal, thereby preventing unnecessary waste of radio resources such as re-call or the like caused by a no-reply state of the busy mobile terminal. If a mobile terminal which is busy in a private WCDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access) wired/wireless network is called from an interworked wireless WCDMA PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network), a private call processor confirms a state of the mobile terminal to confirm the busy state of the mobile terminal(S1). After that, the private call processor performs a call processing simulation of the mobile terminal, and transmits a call response message for informing the busy state to the wireless WCDMA PLMN as a substitute of the mobile terminal(S2). |
