<p>Provided is a display device equipped with a touch panel, which has both a large display region and excellent operability without the brightness and display quality of the display device being affected. A display device (1) equipped with a touch panel is provided with: a display panel (13) which can display an image; a touch panel (15) which is arranged at the rear surface side of the display surface of the display panel (13); and a backlight unit (14) which is arranged between the display panel (13) and the touch panel (15), and irradiates light onto the display panel (13). The light irradiated by the backlight unit (14) is blocked by the touch panel (15) in the direction opposite to the display panel (13).</p> |
