The rotational torque damper (1) has a rotor (2) that is connected with a crankshaft portion (4) which is rotated along a rotational axis (5) with respect to a housing environment. The rotating movement of the crankshaft portion along the rotational axis is changed into a pivoting movement of the rotor through a gear box (18). A pivotal lever (10) is rotated opposite to a housing-fixed component (12).
