JIG FOR PROCESSING SAPPHIRE INGOT

PURPOSE: A jig for processing a sapphire ingot is provided to oppositely apply elastic force to a mounting part tilted by an elastic member interposed between a base part and a tilting plate, thereby preventing the mounting part from moving. CONSTITUTION: A jig for processing a sapphire ingot includes a mounting part(10), a base part(20), a separating part, and a tilting part(30). The mounting part is equipped with a settling member(11) on which the sapphire ingot is settled. The base part placed at the lower portion of the mounting part supports the mounting part. The separating part interposed between the base part and the mounting part separates the mounting part from the base part. The tilting part coupled with the mounting part and the base part tilts the mounting part. The tilting part includes a tilting plate(31), a tilting shaft(32), and a tilting fixing member(33). The tiling plate is coupled to and in contact with the lower surface of the mounting part. Through holes are respectively formed at the lateral portions of at least two sides of the tilting plate. The tilting shafts inserted into the through holes are fastened to positions corresponding to the through holes of the base part. The tilting fixing members coupled to the outer circumference surfaces of the tilting shaft fix the base to be tilted. Elastic members(42) respectively interposed between the edges of the tilting plate and the base part apply force such that the tilting plate and the base part pull each other.
