PURPOSE: A food steaming and fermentation apparatus capable of reducing the processing time of food is provided to selectively supply water, steam, and hot air into a raw material storage tank for washing, steaming, and fermenting raw materials. CONSTITUTION: A food steaming and fermentation apparatus comprises the following: a processing material supply unit(120) fixed to a frame(110), supplying and discharging processing materials; a raw material storage unit(130) rotatably installed on the frame or the processing material supply unit, for storing raw materials; and a driving unit(140) installed on the frame for rotating the raw material storage unit. The processing materials are water, steam, and air for washing, steaming, or fermenting the raw materials. The apparatus additionally include an air heating unit(150) connected to the processing material supply unit for heating the air, an inlet member(121) receiving the processing materials, and a nozzle member(123) including an inducing pipe and a spraying pipe for spraying the processing materials. |
