An internal cooling and circulated lubrication-model, dual rotary piston-type biaxial internal combustion engine, comprising a cylindrical machine cylinder (5), an end cap (6), a plug-and-rotate-type stepped motor shaft (1) and sleeve shaft (2) component, two rotary pistons (3 and 4), two sets of center-mounted oval gear pairs (7), a control shaft, an output shaft (8), and a bearing (9), also comprising an internal-cooling heat-dissipation, circulated-lubrication, and auxiliary-sealing intra-machine passage of the motor shaft and sleeve shaft component, of two sets of rotary pistons, and of a main bearing (9), consisting of, serial-and-parallel connected together, the motor shaft (1), the sleeve shaft (2), a passage having relatively small axis (12), a radial hole, a rotation-working gap, an axial-rotation oil passage (20) and a radial oil passage (15) within a fan-shaped stopcock element, opposite a rotation-face working gap, a rotary piston columnar connecting body, radial and axial oil passages (16) thereof, an oil collecting groove on an end cap rotation face, and an axial through-hole (24). The internal combustion engine has great new-generation characteristics of great efficiency, expanded range of rotational speeds, increased power, light weight, reduced instances of failure, extended service life, simple structure, easy to manufacture, and expedited shape-forming.
