PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a pine pollen salt is provided to manufacture a pine pollen salt massively for a wide period without limiting a period to about half a month of May. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a pine pollen salt comprises the step of manufacturing pine pollen powder mixture liquid in which pine pollen powder is put into water and mixed; and the step of spraying pine pollen powder mixture liquid to sea water moved from a dry land to a crystallization pond. Water is the salty water of 25-30 salinity. Pine pollen powder mixture liquid is manufactured by mixing pine pollen powder 1-20 parts by weight about water 100 parts by weight. Spraying pine pollen powder mixture liquid in a dry land is performed to include the pine pollen powder of 1-100g per 3.3m^2 in a crystallization pond. The step of manufacturing pine pollen powder mixture liquid includes a manufacturing method additionally including one or more 1-30 parts by weight selected from a group consisting of green tea powder, salicornia herbacea powder, schizandra powder, and Japanese apricot powder about pine pollen powder mixture liquid 100 parts by weight.
