<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery system which can prevent oxidization of a fuel electrode even if an operation of fuel gas supply means is suddenly stopped. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel battery system (100) comprises: a fuel battery (10); fuel gas supply means (40a) which supplies the fuel battery with fuel gas through a fuel gas passage (22); oxidant gas supply means (40b) which supplies the fuel battery with oxidant gas through an oxidant gas passage (23); first blocking means (50a) which blocks the fuel gas passage; second blocking means (50b) which blocks the oxidant gas passage; and third blocking means (50c) which blocks a passage (24) between the fuel battery and ambient air. When the first-third blocking means block the passages, the first-third blocking means is arranged so that an air-fuel ratio in a space constituted by the first-third blocking means is a theoretical air-fuel ratio or more, and less than before the passages are blocked. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
