<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a booster circuit capable of increasing boosting efficiency or to provide an RFID tag using a booster circuit with increased boosting efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: By boosting a node corresponding to an output terminal of a unit booster circuit or by boosting a gate electrode of a transistor connected to the node by means of a bootstrap operation, the potential equivalent to a potential of a threshold value in the transistor is prevented from lowering, thus preventing an output potential of the unit booster circuit from lowering. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
