<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temper rolling method for nickel-plated steel plates excellent in degreasing power. <P>SOLUTION: The temper rolling method for nickel-plated steel plates is characterized by using a temper rolling liquid comprising 1-6 mass% of a water-soluble rust preventive agent, 0.8-5.5 mass% of an alkanolamine-based alkali pH regulation agent, 0.005-1 mass% of a surfactant and the balance consisting of water and inevitable impurities when temper plating a Ni-plated steel plate, and the total amount of the water-soluble rust preventive agent, the alkanolamine based alkali pH regulation agent, and the surfactant is 3-8 mass%, and the temper rolling liquid contains ≥2 and ≤4 mol of the alkanolamine based alkali pH regulation agent based on 1 mol of an acid contained in the water-soluble rust preventive agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
