<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide plate capable of restraining hot spots and light and dark lines generated in emission light in the vicinity of an incident surface without spoiling divided light-emission performance. <P>SOLUTION: The light guide plate 1 is provided with the incident surface 10 for making light emitted from a point light source incident, and an emitting surface 11 for emitting light incident from the incident surface 10. A propagating reflective surface 12 for reflecting toward the emitting surface 11 is formed on a rear surface opposite to the emitting surface 11. The emitting surface 11 is made of a propagating range 11a adjacent to the incident surface 10, a propagating auxiliary range 11b adjacent to the propagating range 11a, a first diffusion propagating range 11c adjacent to the propagating auxiliary range 11b, and a second diffusion propagating range 11d adjacent to the first diffusion propagating range 11c. The propagating range 11a, the propagating auxiliary range 11b, and the first diffusion propagating range 11c mainly control the hot spots and the light and dark lines in the vicinity of the incident surface, and view angle characteristics of the light guide plate 1 can be mainly controlled with the second diffusion propagating range 11d. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
