<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle head-up display having a high additional value, by utilizing a reflection function of a dust cover multipurposely. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle head-up display is provided for forming a virtual image of first display information in front of the visual field of a driver by reflecting a first display light, which represents the first display information emitted from a first display, on a windshield in front of the driver's seat through an opening arranged on an upper surface of an instrument panel. The vehicle head-up display is provided with: the dust cover for closing the opening and for reflecting an external light incident from the outside of the windshield to a position being not visually recognized by the driver; and a second display for forming a virtual image of second display information in front of the visual field of the driver along with the virtual image of the first display information, by reflecting the second display light, which represents the second display information different from the first display information, on the surface of the side where the external light of the dust cover is reflected, and then reflected on the windshield. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
