This vibration amplitude value computation device (10) is provided with: a vibration change point computation means (11) that extracts frequency components to be converted, which correspond to a vibration conversion range narrower than the audible range, from an acoustic signal containing frequency components within the audible range, and that computes multiple vibration change points at which temporal changes in the respective extracted frequency components to be converted satisfy predetermined conditions; and an amplitude value computation means (13) that computes, on the basis of the amplitude component of an input signal contained in (i) a first interval or in (ii) each of multiple second intervals, the amplitude value of an acoustic signal-based vibration signal that is contained in the first interval or each of the multiple second intervals, said first interval lasting from one of the computed multiple vibration change points to another vibration change point adjacent to the one vibration change point, and said multiple second intervals obtained by dividing the first interval into N intervals.
