PURPOSE: A measurement and treatment apparatus for dysphagia is provided to conveniently measure and treat dysphagia. CONSTITUTION: A measurement and treatment apparatus for dysphagia comprises a dysphagia measurement unit(100) which is attached to the neck of a patient, an electrostimulation electrode unit(200) which is attached to the neck of the patient and solves dysphagia by applying electric stimulus to the neck of the patient, and a control unit for controlling the electrostimulation electrode unit.
