PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a pad for a touch panel is provided to effectively control the width of a wiring electrode by implementing a wiring electrode pattern through silver or conductive ink. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode pattern forms a transparent conductive layer on an insulation material. The other area except for a part corresponding to a window area of a touch panel in the transparent conductive layer is eliminated. The photosensitizer of an area corresponding to the wiring electrode pattern for a boundary area except for the window area of the touch panel is eliminated by executing a light exposure and developing process. The wiring electrode pattern is formed through a peeling process and by printing a conductive material on an area corresponding to a wiring electrode pattern.
