PURPOSE: A combined chair and wheelchair is provided to enable a user to adjust the height of the chair and wheelchair according to his or her desire. CONSTITUTION: A combined chair and wheelchair comprises an upper outside case which can be fixed to and combined with the upper end of a chair, a frame hanger which fixes the outer case and upper frame, an upper inner case which fixes cloth, a fixture(40) which prevents rotation by pressure, a handle which rotates the upper inner case, a frame(10) which fixes the end of the cloth(30), and a lower hanger which fixes the frame and chair frame.
