<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device capable of suppressing lowering of generation efficiency of a solar battery. <P>SOLUTION: A Power Conditioning System (PCS) 200 includes: a storage section 240 for storing a normal operation range fixed by an optimum operation point for every solar radiation; and a control section 250 for controlling an operation point of a solar battery 11. The control section 250 performs a normal control to bring the operation point of the solar battery 11 close to the optimum operation point by a normal change width when the operation point of the solar battery 11 is within a normal operation range.
