摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that it is difficult to evaluate nephrotoxicity detected by a hematological or pathological method with limited markers. <P>SOLUTION: The change of an external environment causes acute alteration of in vivo gene expression, and identification of a gene set for determining a toxicity of a living body leads to quick and precise detection of the toxicity before occurrence of the toxicity or before positive proof of the toxicity by a pathological examination.
