<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module with a back rail having a simple configuration, capable of increasing the installation workability thereof in its installation and reducing the installation cost thereof, and the installation method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A first long hole part 31b and a second long hole part 32b extend from a first opening part 31a and a second opening part 32a along the longer direction L of a back rail 20, toward a direction of separating from each other.
