<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure control device and a fuel supply device, improving response during fuel pressure change, improving calculation accuracy of a switching time of a fuel supply pressure, and improving fuel economy. <P>SOLUTION: In a pressure control device 32 comprising a fuel pressure control valve 50 supplying fuel to a fuel consumption part and a fuel switching valve 70 switching the fuel pressure of an operation pressure fuel controlling the fuel pressure of the fuel, the fuel switching valve 70 includes: a seal part 84 reciprocatingly received in a fuel pipe part 82 and capable of opening and closing the fuel pipe part 82 by the reciprocating motion; an armature part 83 integrally reciprocatable with the seal part 84; an electromagnetic coil 72 moving the armature part 83 in a valve opening direction of the seal part 84; and a biasing means 74 moving the armature part 83 in a valve closing direction of the seal part 84.
