<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller which can calculate an induction voltage generated by a motor with a brush without reference to a target value of current for the motor and improve calculation precision of the induction voltage, and an electrically-driven power steering device. <P>SOLUTION: An ECU 11 which controls a motor 12 includes: a current target value setting section 30 which sets a current target value It for the motor 12; a voltage detection section 50 which detects a voltage detection value Vd on the basis of a detection signal from a voltage sensor 23; a voltage calculation section 51 which calculates a voltage estimation value Ve on the basis of a source voltage Vps of a battery 24; and an induction voltage observer 38 which calculates an induction voltage E generated by the motor 12 by using an inter-terminal voltage Vt based upon the voltage estimation value Ve when the current target value It is set to a value other than "0 (zero)", and calculates the induction voltage E by using an inter-terminal voltage Vt based upon the voltage detection value Vd when the current target value It is set to "0 (zero)". <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
