<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve automatic program generation, especially in consideration of an idle period from a viewpoint of energy consumption of a machine to be driven. <P>SOLUTION: Automatic program generation is constituted so that selectable program code snippets (210, 220, 230) for a programmable logic controller are prepared at a first point of time at an early stage, and at least one of the selectable program code snippets (210, 220, 230) activates at least one energy saving function of an energy consumption source of a machine, the at least one energy saving function has energy saving function characteristics, and the application program code is automatically generated by coupling the program code snippets (210, 220, 230) selected by the user at a subsequent second point of time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
