<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling device in which a coupler is maintained to be horizontal even if at non-connection time and which can cope enough with rolling, pitching, yawing, and the shock. <P>SOLUTION: A rubber bushing (22) is press-fit to a tail edge hole (23) of the coupler (2). This rear end part is inserted in upper and lower frames (14, 15) of a shock absorber (4) and connected by a vertical pin (21). The rubber bushing (22) is integrally bonded from first-fifth rubber members (25-29), a metallic cylindrical body (31), and a metallic frame body (35) with the vulcanization bonding. Assuming that the coupler side and the shock absorber side are the front side and the rear side respectively, the first to the fifth rubber members (25-29) are disposed to the upper rear side inclined, the upper front side inclined, the lower part backward inclined, the lower part forward inclined, and center part respectively. The first and fourth rubber members (25, 28) are formed from the rubbers whose elastic moduli are larger than those of the second and third rubber members (26, 27), and the fifth rubber member (29) is formed from the rubber of larger elastic modulus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
