<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power system monitoring and control system which has improved reliability and availability for disaster-affected people and is capable of flexibly coping with changes in operation system according with the amount of business. <P>SOLUTION: A wide-area distributed power system monitoring and control system where a plurality of sites relating to a power system are distributedly disposed geographically in a wide area includes: a plurality of system sites having processing device groups comprising server computers performing monitoring and control processing of the power system and server computers performing business incident to the monitoring and control processing; and one or more HMI sites having user interface device groups comprising consoles, system monitoring boards, etc. A system monitoring device is provided at each of the plurality of system sites and the HMI sites, and operation conditions of respective devices in the entire system are generated on the basis of operation conditions of device groups at the own site and operation conditions of device groups at the other sites, which are acquired by the system monitoring device, and operation conditions acquired by system monitoring devices at the other sites. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
