<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive roll for cleaning which is capable of solving the problems that an adhesive roll with parallel perforations in a core tube of a cylindrical shape is vertically broken and can not be peeled along the perforations when the used adhesive roll sheet is peeled off, and wherein a peeled edge is attached to a cleaning surface to produce many losses in an adhesive roll with oblique perforations because the peel-off opening is not processed. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive roll 5 layered on a cylindrical core tube 4 is cut by an electric cutter (a rotary tool) after the layering so that every round of the roll is used each time, and therefore, loss of the adhesive roll is prevented. Cutting starts from a contact point 9 at a helical angle between the width of the roll and a straight line parallel to the spindle of the cylinder, and ends at a contact point in one round of the same straight line. Peel-off openings 1 held by hand are formed at the start and at the end by inserting a blade perpendicular to the front surface of the roll, and next, perforations 2 of several centimeters for preventing peeling, preventing releasing of the roll and permitting forward/backward rotation are formed on the cleaning surface.
