A latent heat store has a porous support body (2) having pores which are at least partially filled with a phase change material (3), wherein the structure of the support body (2) in the interior thereof has such a distribution of predetermined breaking points (9) that, with the increase in volume of the phase change material (3) upon the phase change thereof, the crosslinking of the pores in the support body (2) increases in such a manner, as a result of the structure of the latter breaking up at the predetermined breaking points (9), that the increase in volume of the phase change material (3) in the interior of the support body (2) can be compensated. |
