The present invention is a puncturing tool of a simple structure with which the position and direction of entry into the vertebral pedicle can be precisely controlled when forming a lower hole in the pedicle of a vertebral arch. The structure is provided with a puncture pin (2) for forming the lower hole, and a reference bar (3) that is provided with a specified angle from the puncture pin and serves as a reference for guiding the puncture pin (2) to an intended position with an intended angle. Because the reference bar (3) guides the puncture pin (2) to the intended position with the intended angle, the invention is able to control the puncture pin with a simpler structure than when a separate guiding device is provided on the puncturing tool. |
