PURPOSE: An ingredient mixing device is provided to utilize a user control device for reading or listening to electronic books to get information about ingredient mixing for various dishes. CONSTITUTION: An ingredient mixing device comprises: a controller (22); a container for accommodating ingredients respectively, or a container equipping part for equipping multiple containers containing ingredients; a remains confirmation part (21) confirming the amount of remains of the ingredients according to the order of the controller; an ejecting part (19) ejecting a fixed amount of the multiple ingredients according to the order of the controller; and a user order receiver receiving user's order from a user order input part for transmitting the order of ingredient mixing after obtaining the rate about ingredient mixing on the network. The ingredient is a type among powder, liquid, solid, gas, and gel. The container or the container equipping part additionally comprises a grinder, and the remains confirmation part confirms the amount of the remains by measuring the volume or the weight of the ingredient, the distance to the sensor, or the density. The ejecting part uses the gravity, a pressure, or a torque of an equipment to eject the ingredient, and measures the amount of ejection by using the weight of the ingredient, the ejecting time, the amount of ejection, or the rotation number of the equipment. The user order input part includes a function of transmitting and receiving data with the ingredient mixing device in wireless, searching and selecting rates about ingredient mixing on the network (40). The user order input part comprises a mixing result item select button or a searching word input window, a mixing amount checking window, and a mixing order button.
